Yogurt starter culture Yo-Aktiv 10L contains the right bacteria ratio between the two essential strains: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

With Yogurt starter culture Yo-Aktiv 10L the milk fermentation lasts for approximately 5 hours and due to it you receive thick yogurt with good structure, which is characterized by milder flavor during the first days and the classic acidification during the next days (assuring that L. bulgaricus are still growing in your yogurt).
The beneficial bacteria found in the Bulgarians’ traditional yogurt carry the name Lactobacillus bulgaricus.
Aluminum foil of the sachets helps to maintain the strength of the culture unchanged during the entire shelf life of the product.
What’s in it:
At least 108 (log8) vital freeze-dried cells of lactic-acid bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus (these are the typical bacteria for Bulgarian yogurt).
The product does not contain preservatives, colors and GMO.
