Wine cultures Yo–Aktiv are malolactic cultures for malolactic fermentation, suitable for both red and white wines.
Yo-Aktiv wine cultures are selected to ensure fast and safe malolactic fermentation in red and white wines. The culture provides high numbers of active cells which ensure a quick start of the fermentation, high level of microbiological purity, low production of volatile acidity and excellent tolerance towards pH, alcohol, temperature and SO2.
1 sachet of the cultures is intended for direct inoculation in up to 50L wine, without activation. It can be dissolved in a smaller volume then added to the total. It degrades the malic acid in 14 days of fermentation.
