YoFlex® Express 1.0 contains the right bacteria ratio between the two essential strains: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

With YoFlex® Express 1.0 starter culture the milk fermentation lasts for approximately 4 hours and due to it you receive thick yogurt with good structure, which is characterized by milder flavor during the first days and the classic acidification during the next days (assuring that L. bulgaricus are still growing in your yogurt).
Yogurt Starter Culture YoFlex® Express 1.0 250L is a thermophilic culture, suitable for yogurt with medium flavor, high viscosity and low post-acidification, cup set, stirred and drinking yogurt.

The product does not contain preservatives, colors and GMO.

Usage directions:
Remove cultures from the freezer right before to use. Sanitize the top of the pouch with chlorine. Open the pouch and pour
the freeze-dried granules directly into the pasteurized product. Stir the mixture for 10-15 minutes to distribute the culture evenly. The recommended incubation temperature is 35-45°C.
